Main Gate Square

Geronimo Plaza at Main Gate Square will host our Friday and Saturday night readings. This lovely venue near the University of Arizona provides a beautiful, natural setting where the audience can get close to the poetry and mingle among the lovely grassy knolls and shops. Lots of food and drink is available to those who work up an appetite listening to the artists! We are pleased to be hosted by this wonderful spot: please visit the link below for more details about this venue.

It is wonderful and important to know that FREE PARKING is available both nights in the Tyndall Garage at 4th Street and Euclid. FREE PARKING!!! Friday night you can get your parking pass validated at ANY Main Gate Square Merchant. Saturday you won’t even need the validation. Visit the link above for more details, and directions for anyone somewhat unfamiliar with Tucson or that immediate area.

University of Arizona Poetry Center

This state-of-the-art library, performance palace, and community center will host our workshops on Saturday from 11AM-1PM and our “Poet’s Panel” from 2-4. For those of you not already familiar with this incredible venue, the Poetry Center is a world-class facility with a 50+ year history and over 60,000 titles in the collection. Not only does it host a treasury of rare books, current periodicals, an enormous audio/visual collection, and arts classes taught by local and national luminaries, but it also hosts the biggest names in the literary arts as they present their work to enormous audiences. We are ecstatic about offering workshops and our panel at this incredible venue; please visit the link below for more details about this venue. Also, there is FREE PARKING and PLENTY of it around the Center on a Saturday afternoon in early April!
